Double bedroom, compact room with bunk beds, small bathroom with private toilet, shower and sink. Own kitchen with 4-burner stove, percolator, coffee machine, kettle and cutlery/plates/glasses for 5 people.
Spacious living room with dining table for 4 to 5 people. Full HD TV with Canal Digital package with NL channels & radio, Xbox One.

Spacious living room, in May 2021 with new laminate floor and all walls and ceiling are painted. The spacious 3-seater sofa bed has a new cover and a number of beautiful pillows.
Kitchen with 4-burner stove, sink and small fridge with separate freezer. Our kitchen will be wrapped in May 2021 and equipped with new crockery, glasses, plates, kettle and perculator.
Spacious double bedroom with private access to the garden, windows on both sides, large closet and shelves (not shown in the photo) where bath linen and bed linen are.
Compact bedroom with 1 closet and 2 bunk beds. Each bed has its own window with mosquito net that can be opened.
Compact bathroom with toilet, sink with hot water and a (small!) shower cubicle. May 2021 completely renovated and equipped with new toilet seat and shower head.
Shower cabin May 2021 with special paint with a new, fresh white appearance. Wear-resistant and easy to take off.
Large terrace, covered and plenty of uncovered space to enjoy the sun, the (gas) BBQ, with beautiful views.

Our plot is completely fenced and offers an unobstructed view of the natural landscape of Estartit. In the distance you can see Pals, of which you can also see the illuminated houses at night.
Shed with 2 bicycles, 2 steps for the kids, 2 older beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella. A brand new 6Kg washing machine and a large refrigerator with separate freezer were also installed here in May 2022. All available to the tenants.
May 2022 newly purchased washing machine of 6Kg and a large fridge with separate freezer. Both are in our separate shed. In the caravan itself there is a smaller refrigerator with again a separate freezer (new one installed in May 2021).
You can also fully enjoy your illuminated and covered terrace in the evening!

Campng Ter has a lovely communal swimming pool with a separate part for the youngest guests. Beautiful green lawn, terrace with bar & snack bar complete the picture. In summer also activities such as foam party :)

In addition to our filter coffee machine, our mobile home also has a Bialetti perculator. With this you can make delicious Italian espressos in an instant!
