The agreed rental price applies to the rental period stated in the rental agreement and the number of people specified therein.

Cancellation by tenant

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not move into the holiday home on the agreed arrival date, the tenant must inform the landlord as soon as possible. A telephone cancellation must always be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 35% of the total rent remains due.

From 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rent remains due.

Rents already paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. If the full amount due has not yet been paid at the time of cancellation, the tenant remains obliged to pay the remaining amount in accordance with the above conditions.

Even if the tenant arrives later, leaves earlier or does not or only partially uses the holiday home during the rental period, there is no right to a full or partial refund of the rent.

We advise the tenant to take out appropriate cancellation insurance and/or travel insurance themselves. The closure and coverage of this are entirely the responsibility of the tenant.
