Welcome to Casa la Colina!
Casa la Colina is an attractive holiday home for 6 people, located on the quiet and green urbanization Torre Vella, just outside the cozy l'Estartit on the Costa Brava. The house is located on the edge of a beautiful pine forest and has its own swimming pool. A wonderful place to relax, enjoy the Spanish sun and go out every now and then.
Start the day quietly with breakfast on the covered terrace, take a refreshing dip in your own pool or find a nice spot on one of the sunbeds. Feel like going out? Within five minutes you can drive to the wide sandy beach of l'Estartit, where you can swim, walk along the boulevard or settle down on one of the cozy terraces. From the harbor, you can also take a boat trip to the beautiful Medes Islands, a protected nature reserve known for its clear waters and special underwater world.
The rest of the Costa Brava is also absolutely worth a visit. Visit the atmospheric medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada, discover the cozy streets and terraces of Begur or follow one of the beautiful walking routes along the coast, such as the Camí de Ronda. Along the way, you will come across the most beautiful bays, including Sa Tuna, Aiguablava and Sa Riera. Perfect for a day at the beach, a refreshing swim or an extensive lunch with a view of the sea.
Prefer a day of culture or shopping? Stroll through the historic streets of Girona, visit picturesque Cadaqués or discover the cozy markets and restaurants in the area. There is always something fun going on here.
After a day full of discoveries, it is wonderful to come home to Casa la Colina. Fire up the barbecue, enjoy a long summer evening on the terrace or take a last dip in the pool.
Whether you come to do nothing at all or just want to see as much of the Costa Brava as possible: Casa la Colina is a great place to enjoy a relaxing holiday together under the Spanish sun.

We are Jeroen and Mariska and together with our three daughters Nea, Nova and Juli we have been coming to this nice place on the Costa Brava for years.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
Rental period
In high season we rent Casa la Colina from Saturday to Saturday. In consultation, it is possible to arrive or leave on a different day. The rental price will then remain based on a full week.
In the early and late season we are more flexible with arrival and departure days and a shorter stay at an adjusted rental price is possible in consultation.
Reservation and payment
After your reservation request, you will receive a reservation confirmation and an invoice for the total booking amount within a few days.
To finalize your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 35% of the rent. You pay this within 5 days of receipt of the invoice.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Are you booking within 8 weeks before arrival? Then you pay the full amount immediately after receiving the invoice.
Cancellation
Of course, it can happen that your holiday can unexpectedly be cancelled. In that case, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 8 weeks before arrival: you pay 35% of the total rent.
- 8 weeks or less before arrival: you pay 100% of the total rent.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation costs will be deducted from the amounts already paid. Any overpayments will be refunded. We recommend that you take out good cancellation insurance.
Good to know:
Casa la Colina does not have a charging point for electric cars. For safety reasons, charging electric and hybrid cars from the sockets of the home is not allowed.
