reservation
Upon receipt of your reservation request (by email or phone), you will receive within a few days the confirmation from us with an invoice for the total booking amount. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit of 35% of the rent. Payment is due for the entire booked period, even if you arrive later or leave earlier

rental period
The minimum rental period is one week, starting on Saturday at 16:00 and ends Saturday at 10:00. In connection with the final cleaning we kindly ask you to adhere to the above times.

Payment
The deposit is 35% of the total amount and must be within 5 days of receipt of the invoice in our possession. The remainder of the rent is due 8 weeks to be paid before the start of the rental period unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. For bookings within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period the total invoice amount, to be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Deposit
Tenant in advance, a deposit of € 200, -. This will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental after receiving the keys, less any damage. The main tenant during the tenancy liable for the loss of furniture and / or damage caused by you or your fellow tenants.

Cleaning
At the end of your stay you need the house neat and tidy and broom clean leave. When leaving the house, you should leave the oven, grill, cooking utensils, dishes and utensils clean and back to the fridge empty. The waste you must deposit in the container in the street. The cleaning fee of € 75, -. Any additional cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

Linen and cot
Kitchen linen is available in the home. Bed linen, towels and beach towels please bring your own but it is possible to rent this at. No extra fees are charged for the use of a cot with mattress and high chair.

Pets
The pets are not allowed.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Maximum number of people
The tenant may not sublet and people do not stay than agreed.

cancellation
If the tenant for any reason, the house on the agreed date can not, will or will not accept, he must notify the landlord of here immediately. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he keeps 35% of the rent due to the landlord.
