The villa is a detached luxuriously furnished Spanish holiday villa for 6 people.
The holiday home is located in a hilly, wooded area with beautiful views over the valley on a plot of more than 4,000 m2. The holiday home has its own swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters (open from May to September) with a Romanesque entrance. The built area is over 150 m2.
On the ground floor there is the living room, the kitchen, three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. One of the bathrooms also has a bath. The living room is equipped with, among other things, a music system, DVD and color television (Astra, including BVN). There is a washing machine in the basement. There is also a cot and a high chair available.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob (electric and gas).
On the side of the holiday home there is a large terrace with barbecue. There are several places in the garden where you can sit comfortably in the sun or shade.
The holiday home is located in an urbanization approximately 7 kilometers from shops and 9 kilometers from the beach.
Because of the large piece of land (over 4,000 m2) on which the house is located, peace and privacy are guaranteed.
There are several good and cheaper restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
Vall Repos (literally translated: nice and quiet) is an urbanization located between the cute village of Calonge (8 km) and the historic town of Romanya (4 km).
The homes of the urbanization are spread out in the forests and on the hills of the Gavarres. A unique place with absolute peace and privacy. Vall-Repos is located a stone's throw from the beautiful coast of the Costa Brava. The fashionable seaside resort of Platja d'Aro or the lovely town of St. Antoni de Calonge with its beautiful beach and walking paths along the coast are approximately 10 km away. St. Feliu de Guixol (12 km) is definitely worth a visit, with its beautiful boulevard (market on Sunday mornings), shops, terraces, excellent restaurants and sailing school. Horse riding schools in Santa Cristina d'Aro, golfing on the various golf courses in the vicinity such as the internationally famous 27-hole golf club Solius (6 km) or walking on the beautifully marked hiking trails, there is plenty to do in the vicinity. In Romanya there is the beautiful pre-Romanesque Sant Marti Church, interesting for its structure and many of its elements, including the bell tower from the tenth century. Diana Cave is half a kilometer away. One of the most beautiful megalithic and best preserved monuments in the country.
Vall Repos is located approximately 100 km from Barcelona, about 110 km from the French border and 30 km from Girona.
