Casa Felina Mas Nou 518

Casa Felina was built in 1991 by my parents, to live permanently after their retirement. The region, the climate and the relatively short distance to the Netherlands brought them to this beautiful place with a view of the sea and the beautiful golf course Mas Nou. They have been able to enjoy this for a long time, but unfortunately that has come to an end. Now I use the house with my family during holidays and we enjoy renting it out to others. The house is built in Spanish style but with a spacious and bright interior. It is located on a slope, so the entrance is on the top of the two floors. There you will find the hall, sitting room, the kitchen and utility room, the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, and a large terrace. The hall gives access to the ground floor with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large storage room. This floor also has a small pantry with hob and fridge. From the pantry you step onto the lower terrace. A few steps down is the heated swimming pool with a lounge area and plenty of space for the sunbeds.

The house is equipped with all comforts, such as good kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer, television with TV streamer, suitable for casting and streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and NLziet.
Our house is managed all year round by Bert and Carmen. They are the best managers we could wish for. They also provide the keys for guests and are the point of contact for them during the stay for emergencies, such as devices that do not function and illnesses or accidents. Bert is a polyglot and speaks Dutch, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, English and Italian.
