Villa Sandra

Villa Alegria is a spacious, new and modern detached holiday villa with lots of privacy.

You enter the house at street level. Here are the spacious, bright and air-conditioned bedrooms. All bedrooms with sea views have comfortable beds with good mattresses and toppers and hotel linen, wardrobes and a private bathroom. All these bathrooms have their own hairdryer and lovely towels and also pool towels. The bathrooms all have a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and a safe. The laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer is also located on this floor.

The staircase takes you downstairs to the living room and kitchen. The living room is light, spacious and equipped with luxurious and comfortable sofas. There is also a separate television room with comfortable sofas. The 42¨ television has a satellite decoder. This makes international channels, including many Dutch channels, available in HD quality. From the benches, beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. The modern kitchen has a large cooking island with Bora system. All built-in appliances are available and of course the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, pans, cutlery, glasses and everything else you need. It is also possible to watch television in the kitchen. From the living room you can access the garden with the various terraces and the swimming pool with outdoor shower through French doors. On the terraces located off the living room and kitchen there is a garden furniture set with table and chairs to enjoy the view and a snack or drink. If it is too hot, you can take a refreshing dip in the 'allergy-free' swimming pool with 'Clorador Salino' filter system. The water is very soft due to the use of salt instead of chlorine. This means no irritation to the skin or eyes. The swimming pool is heated, so the water is pleasant even in the early and late season.

WiFi is of course available in this beautiful villa.

The house is very centrally located, just a stone's throw from the 'Golf Mas Nou' and the 'Golf Santa Cristina d'Aro. The beaches of Platja d'Aro, S'Agaro and Sant Feliu de Guixols are 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful town of Girona and the airport can be reached within 35 minutes and Barcelona with the famous Camp Nou, the Ramblas and the Sagrada Familia are only 60 minutes away.
