Arrival and departure on Monday.

Modern villa built in 2020 and located on the urbanization "Sant Miquel d'Aro" in the coastal town of Santa Cristina d'Aro on the Costa Brava.

This beautiful villa for 7 people faces south with a view over the green hinterland.
In front of the villa there is a spacious private driveway with parking for 3 cars.

The private and fully fenced plot measures 515m2 and the villa is secured with a security gate and an alarm system available to our guests.

The spacious living room with smart TV and unlimited fiber optic internet, dining and kitchen area have large sliding doors leading directly to the outdoor terrace with private pool. The outdoor patio has a large table with seating for 8, two large manual awnings to provide some shade if desired, and a gas BBQ. 6 sunbeds are also available around the pool. The garden is pleasant with a mix of shrubs, flowers and fruit trees.

The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven (including microwave), washing machine, coffee maker, kettle etc.

Unlimited fast fiber optic internet is also available at the villa and included in the rental price.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom.

Upstairs there is a bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom (also with additional folding bed) and a spacious sun terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the views over the forest and mountains.

The whole villa is air-conditioned.

Stay in the most varied region of Spain where the seasons have to do with pleasant temperatures and more than 300 days of sunshine a year (also occasional rain, which makes nature beautiful and green). With cities and their airports within easy reach (Barcelona in an hour and Girona in 25 minutes). With facilities in Sant Feliu de Guixols and Platja d'Aro which can be reached within 14 minutes.

Beautiful green hinterland and even a day of skiing or hiking in the Pyrenees (2 hours travel) is possible.

There are several golf courses (Golf Club Costa Brava, Mas Nou, PGA Golf d'Catalunya), marinas, sailing and water sports facilities, the best gastronomic and authentic Spanish restaurants and the most interesting cities to visit, stroll and shop.
