The villa is located in the upper ring of the Les Teules district and near the Costa Brava Golf Park with 27 holes. For golfers, there are no less than 7 top courses with all 18 to 36 holes available within a 30-minute drive. Furthermore, the villa is located a short distance from the most beautiful beaches and less than 5 minutes from the daily shops.
 
This villa  is also a great starting point for trips to Girona, Barcelona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are 25 min (Girona) and 90 min (Barcelona) drive away. There are also many opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding and (water) amusement parks.
