The Casa has 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a spacious private swimming pool. It is suitable for families and groups of up to 6 people, consists of various levels and has an area of 150 m2 with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea, a 10-minute walk from the lovely spacious sandy beaches of Sa Riera and Platja de Pals.
On the top floor you enter through the front door and through the hall you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen. There is a separate toilet on this floor. The living room gives access through a large sliding door to the spacious balcony with dining table including 6 chairs with a breathtaking view. In the living room you will also find a dining table with 6 chairs, a 3-person sofa, 2 armchairs by the fireplace, TV with Dutch channels via satellite. The living room with open kitchen is air-conditioned.
The cozy open kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances such as dishwasher, combi microwave oven, fridge / freezer combination, ceramic stove, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ...
The stairs in the hall take you one floor down where there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and gives access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool through a sliding door. In the other bedroom there are 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has 2 sinks, spacious shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with sink and a storage cupboard on this floor.
You reach the cabaña through the garden and various plateau terraces. In addition to a double bed, this 3rd bedroom has a separate toilet, bathroom with rain shower and sink. The cabaña also has a semi-covered private terrace with stunning views.
The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room. But of course you hang the laundry in the sun on the rotary clothesline.
There are also several terraces on all sides of the house for both sun worshipers and shade seekers. The patio offers a lot of fun with the lounge set and the large barbecue / wood stove.
Around the private swimming pool are 6 sunbeds, a large garden bench and a sturdy hanging chair.
In Sa Riera you will find a small supermarket with fresh bread and fresh orange juice every morning.
