Plot of 1550 m2, completely fenced. Entrance from a square at the end of a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic, with ample parking.
The upper floor and garage are accessible but used for private storage, so not to be used and not included in the rent.
Allergy? The house was co-inhabited by a cat until 3/2023!

The neighborhood is closed off from 22:00 to 06:00 with a gate (to be opened by residents).
In the neighborhood there is another restaurant, large swimming pool and tennis court, also for residents. A little further, in Bel Lloc and Solius, are golf courses. In Playa d'Aro, about 15 km away, there are sandy beaches and entertainment venues. The city of Girona (airport) is about 30 km away, Barcelona and Perpignan (France) about 100 km.
