Les Teules is a luxury residential area located on a hill. The beautiful views and sunsets are very famous here. From the various terraces (total 75 m2) of Ojo Azul you can enjoy a view of the Pyrenees and the Costa Brava golf course. The village of Santa Cristina is also located in the valley, which provides a beautiful view in the evening.

Ojo Azul is fully equipped and can accommodate 8 people. The villa is also ideal for two families because of its layout. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms. The two largest bedrooms have a double bed (with separate mattresses) and are adjacent to a spacious terrace. The two smaller bedrooms have two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There are also two luxurious bathrooms on the first floor. The first bathroom has a bath, separate shower, double sink and toilet. In the second bathroom there is a shower, toilet and double sink. Downstairs are the very spacious living/dining room, a semi-open kitchen with breakfast bar and a separate toilet. The living room and kitchen are both adjacent to the luxurious terrace with swimming pool.

In the garden there are several terraces, facing south. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the covered veranda with lounge sofa and second dining table. An 'outdoor kitchen/barbecue' next to the veranda completes the holiday feeling. The luxurious swimming pool is made of 'peanut shape' with overflow and strong swimming jet. One level down in the garden are a small jeu des boules court and a table tennis table. In the garden is a door to the adjacent villa of Estaprima. This makes this holiday destination also ideal for two groups who each want the privacy of their own villa.

Ojo Azul is located on a square at the end of a cul-de-sac, so absolutely car-free. Ideal playground for a game of football or basketball with the children. Because the villa is located on a mountain, there is a difference in height in and around the villa and by the pool. Supervision of small children is therefore desirable.

The villa is located in the hills. The availability of a car is therefore recommended. Within 7 minutes you can drive from the villa to the nearest beach and supermarket. Playa d'Aro with its shops and entertainment centre is a 10-minute drive away. There is also a variety of villages to discover in the very vicinity with authentic Spanish culture, restaurants and sights such as St Feliu, Pals and Begur. From the villa you can drive to the beautiful cities of Girona and Barcelona within an hour.
