The Villa

The villa has a spacious living and dining room as well as an open American kitchen, all with direct access to the terraces, the beautifully maintained garden and the lovely swimming pool. The villa has 4 generously sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 3 bathrooms, as well as a garage with storage space and an extra fridge.
All rooms are equipped with electric fans on the ceiling for extra cooling and a good WiFi connection. Via the satellite dish and available smart TVs you can stay informed of the Dutch news or TV programs, watch Netflix or listen to your favorite music on Spotify. With a living area of 250 m2 and a total ground area of 1,100 m2 with various terraces, you will find the space and privacy you are looking for here.

The swimming pool

At the pool you have access to 8 luxurious sun beds, umbrellas, comfortable chairs, a shower and a barbeque. The spacious pool can be heated and measures 8m x 4m. The pool area can be closed off with a small child gate if desired, so you can enjoy the villa and the pool without worrying about them. Of course you also have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains from the pool.

The mountain

The villa is built on the Cim-D'Aro mountain and contains terraces on different levels, all with spectacular views over the coast of Platja D'Aro all the way to the port of Palamos. Enjoy it with a delicious cup of coffee or with a chilled wine. It's vacation after all.

Activities

You can limit your daily choice to either the beach or this luxury villa. But there are also many other activities imaginable, for example: golfing, cycling, hiking, shopping, snorkelling, diving, mountain climbing, going to the aqua park with the children and of course enjoying all the cozy restaurants and bars. And all that just around the corner.

The journey

If you do not come by car, you can fly to Girona or Barcelona, 30 km and 90 km away from the villa respectively.
