A lounge set, comfortable sunbeds and a very spacious dining table allow you to enjoy life outside. You can of course park your cars on the enclosed grounds.

From a bottle of wine upon arrival in the fridge to 24 hours of accessibility at the rental office we work with, makes the holiday with up to 8 people in our holiday home in Empuriabrava a pleasant experience. Since 2002 we are already in Empuriabrava, close to Rosas and Figueres, easily accessible by private transport or by plane (Gerona, Barcelona). Many hours of sunshine .. Our house gets number 11 and the service is 110! Experience it yourself and contact us quickly!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Luxury villa, 8 people:
4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor shower and toilet, covered terrace, lounge area, courtyard patio with lemon tree and cozy seating, mooring (12 mtr) on a wide canal..., a very comfortable and cozy house. There is of course a spacious swimming pool with sun loungers. All-new beds
Pets welcome in consultation.

Pre-season .Jan Feb March on request, rental from three days possible.
Arriving on Saturday is not mandatory, only in the high season arrival Saturday / Wednesday. We also have a 5 person apartment in Empuriabrava on Lake San Maurici, completely renovated in 2022, price from 500€ per week, ask availability! Code: 40459

Cancellation Policy:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10 percent of the rental price
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
