The villa Casa Reale is located in a beautiful location in the Hills of Les Guarres

You have a truly beautiful view of the beautiful valley and the sea.

The villa is modern Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a balcony. The master bedroom has a private balcony of 3 x 6 meters with spectacular sea views. In this bathroom you will also find a bath and a separate shower. On the ground floor you will find the fourth bedroom with private bathroom.

On the great terrace (length 40 meters) right next to the villa you will find the swimming pool. Parking is available on site. The plot of the villa is about 1400 meters, and offers enormous privacy. At a distance of just a short car ride you will find various shops and restaurants: so you do need a car!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price includes the use of electricity/gas/water and the use of all facilities, including WiFi, private pool and washer/dryer. Excluding final cleaning (€195 per week) and use of bed linen and bath towels (€19 per person per week, mandatory surcharge). A high chair is available free of charge. In addition, we ask for a deposit of €500, which you will receive back when the Villa is left in good order. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required at the time of booking and the total ten weeks prior to departure. If the departure date is within ten weeks of booking, the full amount must be paid A refundable breakage and security deposit of €500 is required. Guests should ensure that they have made an adequate provision for insurance coverage in the event of cancellation. For your own protection, a comprehensive TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY must be obtained.
