Spacious house Casa 42 with sea view

Since mid-June 2023, our lovely holiday home has been available for holiday rental. 
The house has sea views and is located on a quiet road on urbanization Rio d'Oro, about 5 kilometers from the beach. The plots to the left and right of the house are undeveloped. This gives the house a lot of privacy and you can enjoy the peace and quiet undisturbed. The various terraces have beautiful views and overlook Calonge, the bay of Palamós and the bay of Sant Antoni de Calonge.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A bedroom with adjoining bathroom (en suite) is located on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms and bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and bathroom furniture are located on the 1st floor. Just like the *swimming pool, which offers extra privacy due to its location on the top floor.

*From the last week of October to the last week of March, the swimming pool is covered. 

Downstairs, in addition to the bedroom en suite, there is also a separate toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, fridge / freezer and washing machine. The house has a spacious hall, a storage room and a spacious living room with fireplace.

The house also has a lockable garage.

Calonge is located a stone's throw from the bay of Palamós and Sant Antoni de Calonge in the center of the Costa Brava. The beautiful sandy beaches, with clear water and an average temperature of about 28 degrees in the summer months, and the cozy restaurants, tapas bars and terraces make your holiday complete. If you are looking for more entertainment and like to go to a disco, then the bustling Platja d'Aro is the place to be; The many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs guarantee a wonderful evening!

Worth a visit is the port of Palamós, where the fishing boats moor around 5:00 PM to sell their catch at the auction. Another "must do" is to visit the local wineries, where you can also taste delicious wines.

The popular beaches of Sant Antoni de Calonge and "La Platja Gran" Palamós are located behind the beautiful promenades that are equipped with every conceivable facility. The nearest airport is Girona, 38 km away. But Barcelona is also easy to do with 120 kilometers.
