BEACH STUDIO  right on the beach of Torre Valentina in Sant Antoni de Calonge

The studio is on the 9th floor with elevator and has a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea and Palamos.

The studio is suitable for 2 adults with possibly  1 baby.

It has a queen bed and a sofa bed. Complete kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine  and a complete modern bathroom with  a washing machine.

There is a Smart tv + wifi(fibra optica 600Mb)

In the summer there is mobile air conditioning and ceiling fan

The studio is located 5 minutes from Platje d'Aro and 5 minutes from Palamos. It is located on the  quiet beach of Torre Valentina. Studio has a spacious terrace with dining table and 2 sun loungers.  There are 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also provided. Free parking before June 15 and after September 15. In between 25 euros per week via an app.

After 20 years of renting out an apartment on the Costa del Sol, we have now moved to the Costa Brava. (children & grandchildren)
I missed renting out and that's why I bought a studio and started working again with this studio on the beach!! It is a lovely place with a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and Palamos. A boulevard with delicious restaurants, supermarkets; We hope you will enjoy it this summer, spring or autumn....

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

    • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

    • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

    • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price


If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
