On the main floor, you’ll find a welcoming entrance hall, a bright living-dining area with a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles, plus a full bathroom with bathtub. The lower level surprises you with a luxurious master suite with a large double bed and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. A small office area offers a productive nook, and direct access to the lush garden creates seamless indoor-outdoor living. Outside, the terrace, a fully fenced garden, and a BBQ invite effortless al fresco living.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and all outdoor areas, including the private pool, garden, and terrace. Off-site parking ensures the safety of your vehicle. To access the property, you must descend approximately 40 steps. Baby items (crib and high chair) are available upon request.

We are pleased to welcome our guests and are at your disposal to answer any questions or eventualities that may arise during your stay. Check-in starts after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM; requests outside these times may incur a 30€ fee depending on availability.
Accommodation is subject to payment of the tourist tax, which amounts to €2 per person per day. This amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
To ensure the care and integrity of the property, guests are required to pay a deposit of 400€ at check-in, which will be returned in full at check-out, provided the property is in proper condition.
As part of our policy of transparency, no additional charges are applied for cleaning services. However, guests are expected to keep the house in optimal condition during their stay. In the event that the property is not delivered in proper condition, an additional cleaning fee of 120€ will be charged.
