Detached villa with central heating and large swimming pool of 10x 5 on carrer de Buckingham with fantastic views over the entire delta and to the sea with the Medas islands (protected nature reserve) and very popular with diving athletes and snorkelers, fixed washer and induction hob available. Satellite dish for the favorite channels. Wonderful base for nice trips to the museum of Dali, followed by a visit to Besaliu, Cadaques or too many to mention.

We are Han and Marijke and bought our first house in l'Estartit in 1978. We feel extremely at home in this area and have never left: a wonderful forest around the corner, a beach nearby, not too many tourists, in short, a wonderful place! We have changed house a few times, but always on the same urbanization.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, will not or will not accept the holiday home on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone communication of this must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 35% of the rent remains owed to the landlord. If the tenant communicates 8 weeks before the start date or later that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent. Rental fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the agreement. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
