This beautiful modern villa is fully equipped. Sleeps 8 people and each bedroom has its own bathroom. You will find plenty of space in and around the house to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The villa has a large swimming pool with a cozy lounge set where you can enjoy a good glass of wine after a lazy day.

The house is located in Playa de Pals near the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The famous Platja de Pals golf course is 1 km away from the house. We have made special arrangements for our customers, please ask us for the terms and conditions.

Casafuera Facilities is a family business, active in the Costa Brava since 2009. Ellen & Jan de Rook come from the tennis world and have founded a series of tennis schools in the area of The Hague. This company was sold in 2007 and the family moved to Spain.

Their son Lars grew up in the Pals area and studied tourism and then became skilled in photography and videography. An asset to the company, where good photos and videos can make the difference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING BY THE CUSTOMER
Any cancellation or change request must be made to us in writing, by email or by post
sent and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
You will be liable to pay the cancellation or change fees below.
• Cancellation up to 8 weeks before your stay = 10% of the booking price.
• Less than 8 weeks before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
No refunds will be made if the customer voluntarily decides to discontinue use of the services in the
holiday before the end of his/her stay.
