Villa Coco

Villa Coco is a brand new modern villa (built in 2022) with stunning sea views and located in a quiet residential area.
The villa has been built with quality materials and is fully equipped for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday!

You enter the villa on street level. Through a ramp you can enter up to two cars to park on the private property. More cars can be easily parked on the street in front of the villa.

The villa has two floors. The ground floor is the main floor where you'll find an impressive large exterior area with private infinity swimming pool, pergola with lounge area, sun beds and exterior dining table. The panoramic sea views are truly stunning!

Gas BBQ. Laundry room with washing machine. Separate toilet.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms:
- one master bedroom with double bed and direct access to pool area. Ensuite bathroom (with shower) and also a sauna inside the bathroom.
- second smaller bedroom (please note this is an interior room without windows, and has a ventilator instead of AC)

On the first floor you will find:
- second master bedroom with double bed and Smart TV. Ensuite bathroom (with shower) and with a beautiful bath tub inside the room.
- third master bedroom with double bed. Ensuite bathroom (with shower).
- double bedroom with double bed and Smart TV.
- double bedroom with double bed.
- bathroom (with shower) to share between the two last double bedrooms.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has free WiFi.

The villa is located in the residential urbanisation of Roca Grossa, on the outskirts of Lloret de Mar. The city center is less then a 5min drive, as are restaurants and supermarkets.
We recommend Cala Canyelles as the nearest beach, which is less then a 10min drive. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful sandy bay with small harbour, beach restaurant and water activities.
The famous villages of Tossa de Mar and Blanes are also within a 15min drive!

* A bath towel set per person is included

* Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters, the minimum age for adult groups is 28 years. Families with children are more than welcome!
