The villa is located in the Serra Brava district. The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is about 10 minutes away .

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we do not accept reservations from groups of young people, minimum age is 28 years. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Villa The Swing - Relax by the private pool with a relaxing view of the sea.

The villa is located in a cul-de-sac and therefore very quiet in terms of car traffic. Unfortunately, stairs cannot be avoided, making the villa unsuitable for disabled people. Upon arrival you will see that the site is closed with an electric door, you will be given the key for this. The driveway offers space for one car. If necessary, you can also park in the street for free.

The front of the villa is located on the street side and the rear on the sea side. The villa is spread over two floors, unfortunately very limited to visualize here on Micazu with only 50 photos and 5000 characters of text. With this tour, I hope to clarify the layout. ABOVE:
Through the front door you reach the upper floor, here is the separate toilet, the large bedroom (bed 1.80 x 2.00) with spacious bathroom en-suite and a cozy living room (hello sea view!) with open kitchen. The bedroom - just like the living room - has air conditioning and electric blinds for optimal sleeping comfort. You will also find a balcony/terrace on this floor adjacent to the dining area inside. You also open the doors to a second terrace with BBQ and pizza oven. 

You can reach the pool area via the large staircase. Via this way you can enter the lower floor through a private entrance OR you enter this floor via the spacious staircase IN the house, see photos. 

DOWNSTAIRS:
The ground floor has no less than three bedrooms, two with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00) and the third with a bunk bed (1.00 x 1.90). There are two bathrooms, one bathroom with shower and toilet and the second bathroom is very luxurious! This bathroom has a shower and bath overlooking the sea. For an additional fee you can use the sauna - inquire about the possibilities. 

Downstairs you will also find a cozy living room with dining area and extra kitchen. The villa has a total of two living rooms and two kitchens, both of which are fully equipped. There is a coffee maker (Nespresso) and a built-in bean machine, 2x dishwasher, 2x fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, etc. If you are unsure whether something is present, please feel free to send us a message for more information. Ideal if you want to stay with two families and also occasionally appreciate your own privacy. 

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have electric blinds, except for the children's room with bunk beds. The beds are made on your arrival and are of high quality, all for optimal sleeping comfort!

OUTSIDE:
There are 4 sunbeds available and a nice lounge set with shade cloth for the warm summer months. There is a table tennis table and radio connection, everything for a wonderful stay. During your stay, the swimming pool is maintained so that it is always in perfect condition.

Amenities such as a hair dryer, ironing board, iron and drying rack are also provided. On arrival you will be provided with a towel set. Pool towels are also available on request, as well as an extra cleaning during your stay.

The villa has air conditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and central heating in the winter months - you will receive a detailed explanation upon arrival.

Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or one of her colleagues. You will have an extensive tour of the house with all the necessary information for your stay. During your stay, Lynn is available for all your questions. She will also provide you with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and the best restaurants.
