The nearest beach is the beautiful Cala Canyelles at 4.5km and the center of Lloret de Mar is a little further at only 6.5km.

The space
This villa is ideal for two or even three families, for example, because there is a lot of space. The house consists of two floors with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. There is a lovely large swimming pool with sun loungers for everyone and an adjacent outbuilding with a full extra kitchen and dining facilities for 12 people. and BBQ.
Through the front door you reach the top floor where there is a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom is spacious with a bath.
You will also find the second bedroom with two single beds (90x1.90) and a third bedroom with a double bed (1.50x1.90) on this floor. In the hallway you will find the second bathroom with toilet.

You walk down the beautiful natural stone stairs to the ground floor. Here you will find the other three bedrooms; two bedrooms with a double bed (1.50×2.00) and a bedroom with two single beds (90×2.00). There are also two bathrooms with shower and toilet on this floor.

In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is also a living room with TV and dining table and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

You can walk outside through the living room or the kitchen and reach the spacious outdoor area; dining area for 12 people, an outbuilding with fully equipped kitchen and BBQ and of course the lovely large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers.

There is access to central heating (nice in winter) and the house is equipped with free WIFI.

Guest access
Not many houses in Lloret de Mar offer you so many spaces. This way you can rent the entire house privately for you and your family(s), and you can also withdraw from your own company for a while. There is free parking in front of the door.

The house is located high up in the Serra Brava district, about 6.5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar.

In the Serra Brava district there is a small supermarket about 700 meters away where you can get fresh bread, a tasty ice cream or other small items. This is only open in the high season (from mid-May to early September).

Personal reception
Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn. She will show you all the ins and outs of the house. She will also provide you with various tips for the nicest beaches and best restaurants in the form of an E-book. She is always available for questions during your stay!

We are obliged to collect tourist tax of € 1.10 per person per night upon arrival (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). You must pay this together with the cleaning costs and deposit in CASH upon arrival, see 'additional costs'.
