The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is only 6.5 km (10 minutes by car) as well as the nearest beach. The villa is located in a quiet street with free parking.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY FOR RENT FOR FAMILIES! Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations from groups of young people!

Villa Roselló is divided into two independent apartments.

The first apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for 4 people. When you enter the house the first thing you find is a small but fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, a living/dining room with balcony and you can see the back of the house where the garden and swimming pools are located. In the same living room there are two bedrooms with single beds, equipped with everything you need for a good night's sleep.

To get to the second house you have to go into the garden and down a few steps. The second house on the ground floor consists of a large living room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) with open kitchen and dining room, a toilet, a complete bathroom with shower, a single room and a bedroom with suite. This kitchen is also fully equipped. There is a coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, toaster, etc. If you are not sure if something is available, please message us for more information.

Upon arrival you will be provided with made beds, a towel set (1x large and 1x small) and a set from our SPA COLLECTION. The cleaning fee includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and has a cozy seating area and a barbecue area where you can cook outside. A private swimming pool with salt water provides the necessary cooling on summer days and absolute privacy.

Your pet is welcome under the conditions that it does not use the furniture or cause any other nuisance. Please mention this in your reservation request. We charge €50 per stay for additional cleaning costs.

Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn. She will give you a tour of the house and will be available for questions during your stay. She will also provide you with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and best restaurants.

We are obliged to collect tourist tax upon arrival of € 1.10 per person per night (to be paid in cash, from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights).
