This holiday villa is modern and cozy and equipped with all necessary comforts. On arrival you can park your car on the street side or on the driveway in front of the house.
At the front of the house you have a spacious terrace with dining table, where you can all enjoy a delicious barbecue. Through the front door you enter the spacious hall with a separate toilet. This hall leads to the bathroom with shower and to the living room, which is equipped with a satellite TV and fireplace.
Adjacent to the living room you will find both a wonderfully well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge (there is an extra fridge/freezer combination) and a balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the green surroundings in peace.
When you take the stairs (with child gate) down, you will find 4 wonderfully cool bedrooms, 2 with two single beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, bath and washbasin.
From this floor you also reach the rear of the house. Here is the terrace with a lovely lounge area and via a staircase further down, your private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and minibar. There you can enjoy the peace, the view or cool off in the swimming pool!
The good thing about this holiday home is that a fence has been placed on both the upper terrace and the lower terrace, so that small children cannot just walk to the swimming pool.
Villa Fransisca has the perfect location, as it is close to 2 different beaches. You can choose between the beach of Sta Cristina or Cala St. Francesc with cozy restaurants. Both are less than a 3-minute drive away.
