VILLA AURORE | Very spacious family villa with private pool for the perfect family holiday!

The nearest beach is the beautiful Cala Canyelles at 4.5km and the center of Lloret de Mar is a little further at only 6.5km.

The space
This villa is ideal for two or even three families, for example, as there is plenty of space. The house consists of two floors with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. There is a lovely large swimming pool with sun loungers for everyone and adjacent an outbuilding with full extra kitchen, washing machine, 2nd dishwasher and dining facilities for 12 people. and BBQ.

Through the front door you reach the top floor where on your right is a large bedroom with bathroom en-suite. This bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and the room has central air conditioning.

Also on this floor you will find the second bedroom with two single beds (90×1.90) and a third bedroom with double bed (1.50x1.90). In the hallway you will also find the second bathroom with toilet.

With the beautiful natural stone staircase you walk down where the ground floor is located. Here you will find the other three bedrooms; Two bedrooms with double bed (1.50×2.00 +A1.60x2.00) and one bedroom with two single beds (90×2.00). On this floor there are also two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is also a living room with SMART TV,  dining table and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped such as an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

Through both the living room and the kitchen you can walk outside and you will reach the spacious outdoor area; dining area for 12pers., the aforementioned outbuilding with fully equipped kitchen and BBQ and of course the lovely large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers.

There is access to central heating (nice in winter) and the house is equipped with free WIFI.

PLEASE NOTE: Age minimum is 25 years. No groups of young people allowed!

Guest access
Not many houses in Lloret de Mar offer you so much space. This way you rent the entire house for you and your family(s) privately, and you can also withdraw from your own company for a while. There is free parking in front of the door.

The house is located high up in the Serra Brava district, about 6.5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar.

In the Serra Brava district there is a small supermarket about 700 m away where you can get fresh bread, a delicious ice cream or other small items. It is only open in high season (from mid-May to mid-September).

Personal welcome
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by Lynn or one of her colleagues (team Holiday Hosts Costa Brava). You will have an extensive tour of the house with all the necessary information for your stay. At the time of your stay, the team of Holiday Hosts Costa Brava is available for all your questions. You will also be provided with an E-book with various tips for the nicest beaches and the best restaurants

We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). This must be paid together with the cleaning costs and deposit CASH on arrival, see 'additional costs'.
