The house with private pool is located in the quiet Cala Canyelles, but with many restaurants and the beautiful beach club "Gammarus" nearby. The house offers a large terrace with lounge area, luxurious sunbeds, outdoor barbeque and for lunch or dinner you can choose from two beautiful dining areas. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the mountains of Serra Brava! The beach is only a 10-minute walk away and you are also close to the cities of Lloret de Mar (1.5km), Tossa de Mar (7km) and Girona airport is about 35km away. This holiday home offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in the Costa Brava.
The terrace flows into a glass conservatory with luxurious dining area. By sliding open the conservatory doors, you create an extension of the terrace and you can also enjoy the beautiful view here.
The living room offers a relaxing atmosphere with a luxurious fireplace and spacious sitting area. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet and a separate 2nd toilet. At the rear of the house there is an outdoor shower.

- Fully air-conditioned throughout the property
- Smoking is not allowed in the house
- The house is closed all around by a fence (je).

- Hot rolls and baguettes for sale at the bakery of El Trull (about 100m)
- The beach of Cala Canyelles is by 2 stairs. Car can also be parked on the beach (for a fee)
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation
- From 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rent due
- From 30 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the rent due
- Within 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rent due
Cancellations must be made by e-mail.
If the accommodation is rented out again for the same period after cancellation, the landlord will adopt a reasonable attitude and (part of) the rent paid can be refunded, after deduction of any costs and lost income.
