Welcome to Casa Pilars!

Casa Pilars was completely renovated in 2026 and is located on the quiet and green urbanization Torre Vella, near l'Estartit on the Costa Brava. A nice place to relax, but also an ideal base to discover everything this beautiful region has to offer.

Start the day with a cup of coffee on the terrace by your own pool, walk through the pine forests of Torre Vella or drive in a few minutes to the long sandy beach of l'Estartit and the pleasant boulevard with restaurants and terraces. From the harbour, boats depart for the impressive Medes Islands, a protected nature reserve known for its clear waters and beautiful diving and snorkelling spots.

The area invites you to go out. Discover the charming medieval streets of Pals and Peratallada, soak up the atmosphere in the squares of Begur or stroll along the spectacular coastal paths of the Camí de Ronda. The hidden bays around Begur, such as Sa Tuna, Aiguablava and Sa Riera, are among the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava with azure blue water, rocky coasts and cozy beach bars.

Lovers of culture, nature and gastronomy will also get their money's worth here. Stroll through the historic center of Girona, visit the artists' village of Cadaqués or taste the local cuisine in one of the many restaurants in the surrounding villages.

Casa Pilars is therefore a wonderful place for those who are looking for peace and quiet, want to enjoy the outdoors and at the same time want to have the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava within reach.

We are the owners of Casa Pilars Torre Vella. In 2026 we completely renovated this holiday home and furnished it with great care into a comfortable and attractive place where we like to spend our holidays ourselves.

Because we enjoy this beautiful environment so much, we also like to share Casa Pilars with guests who, like us, want to enjoy the peace, nature and the beautiful Costa Brava. We hope that everyone will soon feel at home here and can enjoy everything this wonderful place has to offer.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In high season, Casa Pilars is rented from Saturday to Saturday. In the early and late season, arrival and departure on other days are possible in consultation.

Please note:
- Casa Pilars is not rented to groups of young people.
- Charging an electric car is not allowed at Casa Pilars.

Conditions Reservation, Payment and Cancellation

Reservation and payment

After receiving your reservation request, you will receive the reservation confirmation with the invoice for the total booking amount within a few days. The reservation becomes final after receipt of your deposit of 35% of the rent (to be paid within 5 days after receipt of the invoice). The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation. For reservations made within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total invoice amount must be paid immediately after receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event that you want/have to cancel the agreement, you will still owe 35% of the rent in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period. If you inform us 8 weeks before the start date or later that you will not (or no longer) use the rented property, you will still owe the full rent. Rents already paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the agreement. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
