We are Han and Marijke and bought our first house in l'Estartit in 1978. We feel extremely at home in this area and have never left: a wonderful forest around the corner, a beach nearby, not too many tourists, in short, a wonderful place! We have changed house a few times, but always on the same urbanization.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, will not or will not accept the holiday home on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone communication of this must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 35% of the rent to the landlord. If the tenant communicates 8 weeks before the start date or later that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent. Rental fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the agreement. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
