Villa Palmeras

Villa Palmeras is a spacious, luxurious 9-person villa with a swimming pool in the large garden with lots of privacy. Four air-conditioned bedrooms.

Villa Palmeras is located in a quiet area 4 km from the wide beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge. The villa is located on a plot of 1400 m2 and offers a lot of privacy.

After parking in the easily accessible spacious driveway, you reach a terrace via a staircase. There is also access to the ground floor of this fantastic villa.

The detached villa has two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is fully equipped. From the living room you enter the conservatory with a view and access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. It is pleasant to stay here all year round, even when it is a bit cooler outside.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and adjoining bathroom. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine, a separate toilet and the stairs to the first floor.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and with patio doors to the balcony with seating areas. One bedroom has a double bed and direct access to a spacious, recently renovated bathroom. The other two rooms have respectively three and two new single beds. There is also a recently renovated bathroom (2022).

Villa Palmeras has a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees from which it owes its name. The garden is largely flat, making the entire garden easily accessible without many stairs. In front of the house there is a swimming pool of 8x4m with sun beds and chairs. Next to the house is a large terrace with a lounge set and a 10-person table. The terrace has a linen canopy that can be opened or closed if desired. A BBQ is available, as well as a Jeu-des-boule court. A baby bed (camping bed) and high chair are available on request.

Villa Palmeras has a beautiful unobstructed view of the woods, without other houses or buildings in sight.

The villa is located in a quiet area, and therefore it is not available for groups of young people (average age under 25 years). The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
