Very nice detached villa with private pool, directly from the owner, in a beautiful location in Calonge (between Palamos & Playa d'Aro) on the Costa Brava, with views over the beautiful landscape and the sea.

The distance to the sea and beach is 5 minutes by car, the distance to the picturesque village of Calonge is 2 minutes by car. Calonge is fully equipped, supermarkets, banks, post office, hairdresser, bakery, shops and restaurants.

The house has a luxurious private swimming pool (4 x 8 m) and has a beautiful terrace with sunbeds and garden chairs. There is also a well-kept lawn for the kids. The garden (900 m2) is completely enclosed by an ornamental fence, so it is safe for children.

The villa is divided as follows:

Upstairs spacious living room with fireplace and professional split air conditioning, separate dining room, one double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, bathroom furniture with double sink (new in 2012/2013), new Grohe taps and separate toilet. In addition, the entire interior in the living room was renovated in 2015 (new sofa, new armchairs, new coffee table, curtains, various home accessories, etc).

The kitchen has patio doors to the rear terrace and is equipped with a spacious new fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, washing machine, new oven (2018) and ceramic hob (2018), combi-microwave and is also fully equipped (including the latest Senseo, Dolce Gusto, kettle, etc). The rear race was equipped with a new stone outdoor BBQ in 2016 with its own chimney and worktop.

The living room is connected to a beautiful large covered patio terrace at the front, with beautiful views to the sea and the hilly landscape of the Costa Brava.

The completely separate ground floor (private entrance) consists of 2 bedrooms that are openly connected to each other. Furthermore, the ground floor has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, the ground floor is always rented together with the upper floor as a whole, so you always have 100% privacy and the entire villa is at your private disposal.

The house is equipped with a LG 43 inch 4k UHD SmartTV (new 2023) flat screen stereo television with teletext, video recorder, AC Ryan HD movie player 1080P, Blu-ray/DVD player and HD satellite receiver with Canal Digital card, so all Dutch channels, (about 10 pieces) can be received perfectly.

A baby/child cot (0-4 yrs) is available on request.

Parking for 1 car on private property.

You do not need to bring more than sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and beach towels. If desired, can be rented locally.
