If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

• cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
• Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The villa is not rented to groups of young people whose average age is under 25 years.

Pets are not welcome.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Charging electric vehicles is possible.

The use of the air conditioning is optional

Keys must be collected on arrival at Club VillaMar, Plaça Catalunya 2, 17252 Sant Antoni. the Calonge. Club VillaMar takes care of the check-in and check-out and is also the point of contact during the holiday.
