The location of Casa Nostra is strategic, in a quiet but not isolated residential area, just 5 minutes from the town of Calonge and less than 10 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea and the coves of Sant Antoni.
The street for residents only is quiet and not very busy.

The first thing you notice in the house are the spacious and bright spaces.
The light, the modern furniture, the Buddha statues, everything has been thought of to create a feeling of peace and tranquility.

Let's start with the entrance: a small hallway leads to an open plan living room of 70 m2 , with large patio doors overlooking the garden.

Part of the room is dedicated to indoor relaxation, at night or on rainy days. What could be better than a comfortable sofa with a chaise longue and a spacious chaise longue in front of a 55'' smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime included?

From the living room there is access to the kitchen .
Large, spacious, it has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob and all the necessary kitchenware.
To start the morning well, don't miss a Dolce Gusto and an American coffee maker.
In the utility room adjacent to the kitchen you will find the washing machine and a large freezer.

Behind the living room you reach a modern bathroom , with glass walls and LED floor lighting, with a modern shower, and two double bedrooms , each with patio doors to the garden.

The suite, the main room of 27m2 , is located on the first floor, which is accessed by an open internal staircase from the living room.

From the bed the view leads directly to the tranquility of the hills, which are right next to the house, while the second large window has a view that goes from the mountains of Las Gavarras to Sant Antoni de Calonge and the Mediterranean Sea.
All 3 bedrooms have individual Daikin silent air conditioning .

To enjoy the summer on the Costa Brava, the 30 m2 veranda is ideal, with a table and chairs, the garden with 2 Weber barbecues , a green and soft lawn, perfect for relaxing for you, your loved ones and your pets .
The entire garden is completely fenced, not visible from the neighboring houses and offers total privacy.
The 9.20 x 3.80 swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and equipped with a small beach area, completes this heavenly picture.
