Hello Everyone, We are Diana and Wilbert, managers of several villas on the Costa Brava. In particular the beautiful region of Calonge, Playa d'Aro, Santa Cristina d'Aro and S'agaro. Each place has its own characteristic element. This part of the Costa Brava has something for everyone.

Explanation of prices

Payment condition:
Your booking is final when 50% of the total rent has been received.
50% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the lease.
The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation condition:
Reservations can be canceled by communication by e-mail or registered letter, with the following cancellation fees:
- cancel free of charge up to 8 days after the reservation date.
- 30% of the total rent in case of cancellation 8 days after reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival
- 60% of the total rent if you cancel 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total rent if you cancel less than 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Additional costs Power¨ is described as the use of an electric car, this must be stated when booking (including the number of electric cars) so that this can be included in the contract.
