This villa is comfortably and modernly furnished (new furniture & beds since August 2023) and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. You can enjoy a private swimming pool with optional pool heating, a spacious terrace with dining table and sunbeds, BBQ, a cozy living room, a modern kitchen and air conditioning. The villa can accommodate up to six people. At an additional cost, you can also use the separate studio, which has air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and toilet, for €25 per (adult) person per night. If necessary, upon consultation, there is room for two additional people in the villa itself in the cool basement (note, this is only possible in consultation, additional costs here are also €25 per person per night).

The villa is located in a quiet and green area, but also close to the many attractions that the Costa Brava has to offer. You are just a 20-minute drive from the beach, where you can sunbathe, swim or enjoy water sports. You are also only 5 minutes away from the characteristic Tordera, where you can shop, eat or visit the market. You can also easily take trips to Girona (30 minutes) or Barcelona (55 minutes), where you can enjoy the culture, architecture and nightlife.

If you enjoy golfing, you will find several golf courses nearby. And if you like skiing, you can drive to the ski resorts in the Pyrenees in less than 2 hours.
