This villa is ideal for two or even three families, for example, because there are several separate areas where you can retreat. The house consists of two floors with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, 2 of which have already been beautifully renovated. There is a lovely swimming pool with lounge beds for everyone and various cozy places to sit in both the shade and the sun.

Through the front door you reach the top floor where the 1st kitchen is on your right. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will lack nothing.
Next to the kitchen is the 1st bathroom with toilet and shower. On this floor, in addition to the cozy living room with fireplace, television and lounge chair, there are also three bedrooms for a total of 6 people.
You can go outside through the living room through the French doors and then reach the ground floor with the two separate rooms through the garden.

Room number one is the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance and is suitable for 4 to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms; one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The red sofa bed in the sitting area is suitable for an additional 2 people.
The apartment has undergone a partial renovation and has a beautiful new bathroom, new doors and a separate toilet. The washing machine is also located in this room for your use.

The second separate room on the ground floor is the exceptionally cozy house with a cottage atmosphere. This room has a nice living area with a large dining table, new kitchen, two sofas, a television and games cabinet and also a beautiful large new bathroom with a wonderful rain shower.

A nice terrace adjoins the cottage where you can relax in the shade in the warm summer time in the luxurious lounge chair or at the table.

There is access to central heating (very nice in winter) and the house is equipped with free WIFI and satellite TV.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum age is 25 years. No groups of young people allowed!!!

Access for guests
Not many houses in Lloret de Mar offer you these diverse spaces. This way you rent the entire house for you and your family(s) privately, but you can also withdraw yourself for a while. The house is located in the district of Lloret de la Creu, 6.5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar. Free parking is available in front of the door. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.

On arrival you will be personally welcomed by me, your hostess Lynn. In the week before arrival I will contact you (via Whatsapp or SMS) to arrange the arrival time. I will show you all the ins and outs of the house and various tips for the nicest beaches and best restaurants in the form of a self-designed E-book. During your stay I am always available for questions or solving problems!

PLEASE NOTE: We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). This must be paid in cash upon arrival, together with the deposit and cleaning costs. See our prices.
