The complex is located directly on the sea and has a beautiful and playful swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with flora and palm trees. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas to use. There is also a jacuzzi, table tennis table and small playground.

Our apartment has a hall with shoe cabinet and coat rack, a spacious bedroom with large wardrobe and bathroom en suite. A bathroom with small bath and good shower, a toilet, sink and washing machine. From the hall you walk into the living room with open kitchen, dining table and chairs, a spacious (sleeping) sofa, smart TV with Netflix and sliding doors that give access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner electric hob, sink, cupboards and storage spaces, microwave and small kitchen island.

The balcony has a seating area and a staircase that takes you to our large private roof terrace of 40 m2. From the roof terrace you have a view of the sea, the pool and the mountains. There is a large pergola of 4x3 meters with lounge set, a barbecue, children's picnic table and lounger.

The complex is guarded 24/7 by security guards. Our attention is fully focused on your holiday. We think of the smallest details and do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. With every booking you will receive our free BLANES Travel Glossy (currently only in Dutch)

After years of dreaming and looking for an apartment that suits us, we have found our beautiful dream place. We are Isaac and Sharon, met in Blanes and we have two children. We have three companies together and like to go away for days as a family. We also love snorkeling when we are in Blanes and like to enjoy a nice snack and drink on a terrace in the sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation by the renter, the following cancellation costs will be charged:* Up to the 45th day (excl.) before the day of departure: 20% of the travel sum;* From the 45th day (incl.) to the 30th day (excl.) before the day of departure: 35% of the travel sum * From the 30th day (incl.) to the 21st day (excl.) before the day of departure: 40% of the travel sum * From the 21st day (incl.) to the 14th day (excl) before the day of departure: 50% of the travel sum * From the 14th day (incl.) to the 5th day (excl) before the day of departure: 75% of the travel sum * From the 5th day (incl.) to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum* On the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.
