The apartment has 3 bedrooms, for max. 6 people + 1 baby/toddler (baby bed).

There are 2 bathrooms with shower. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and a hairdryer is available. There is an open kitchen. Fully equipped, with dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. Also washing machine available with ironing board and iron.

On the very spacious terrace you can enjoy the sun until the late hours (also in winter), awning and 2 sun loungers available + outdoor dining is possible.

There is a communal swimming pool and jacuzzi with garden (not heated).
You can park the car in the secure underground garage.

The complex is quietly located and consists of about 40 apartments.
In 10 minutes you are by car at the coast, Zenia Boulevard shopping center and many restaurants.
Airport is located at 45min, both Alicante and Murcia.
The ideal base to discover the Costa Blanca. Perfect in the middle between the major cities of Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena. But also very beautiful Spanish villages, waterfalls, children's parks etc etc.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
