Ático las Naranjas is a luxury apartment for max. 4 people. With both sea view and inland view with the beautiful mountains and salt lakes.
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, microwave and dishwasher.

A living room with a lovely lounge sofa and a dining area. The TV is of course not missing either.
The spacious balcony can be closed off completely with a glass wall, turning it into a conservatory. A wonderful place to sit 'outside' even on colder winter days.
The washing machine is located in a closed cupboard on the balcony.

Upstairs is a large roof terrace with a round table with 6 chairs and a spacious lounge set. The sunbeds are of course not missing either. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ. And you can enjoy the jacuzzi!
You will be surprised by the great view. A 360-degree view that really allows you to see hundreds of kilometers away.

The complex has a communal outdoor pool and an indoor spa with heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
There is also a nice playground for the children.

Ático las Naranjas you are in Orihuela Costa / Villamartin. A municipality on the Costa Blanca with its beautiful beaches. The nearest beach is 4.5 km away.
And do you like shopping? Then you can indulge yourself in the largest shopping center on the Costa Blanca: Zenia Boulevard. This is 2 miles away.
Even closer is Villamartin Golf, you can walk there. Just like Villamartinplaza with its many restaurants and small shops including a supermarket.
