The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essentials for meal prep during your stay, making it easy to entertain whether you're preparing a family dinner or a casual breakfast.
The villa features three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, all carefully designed for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower combination, sink and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third is furnished with a single bed. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

- Smoking is NOT allowed in this house.
- Only well-behaved pets are allowed. Additional fee: €50.
- The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 5 people; exceeding this number is not allowed.
- The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 10:00 p.m., are prohibited at all times.
- You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
- To avoid fire risks, it is forbidden to charge an electric car on site!
