Imagine: you start the day with a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning sun. Afterwards, you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes, take a refreshing dip in the pool or go out to discover the Costa Blanca.
Welcome to Casa Feliz, our lovely apartment in the charming Villajoyosa.
Villajoyosa has stolen our hearts. Not because of the crowds, but because of the relaxed Spanish atmosphere, the colorful boulevard and the feeling that you are still experiencing the real Spain here. When we found Casa Feliz, we immediately knew that this was a place where we wanted to be and that we wanted to share with others.

The apartment
Casa Feliz was completed at the end of 2025 and furnished by ourselves with great care. We have opted for a quiet, modern interior in which comfort is central. A place where you quickly feel at home and where your holiday actually starts as soon as you close the door behind you.
The apartment can accommodate up to four people and has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double box spring and the second bedroom has two single box springs.
Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. One bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower.
Casa Feliz originally has three bedrooms. During the rental, one bedroom remains closed to our own belongings. As a result, you can enjoy two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms; Ideal for families or two couples.
Enjoy indoors and outdoors
After a day at the beach or a trip in the area, it is wonderful to come home to Casa Feliz.
Open the sliding doors, pour yourself a drink and enjoy the peace and quiet on the covered balcony of about 8 m². The comfortable lounge set is a nice place to wake up quietly with a cup of coffee, read a book or end the day relaxing.
From the balcony you look out on the side of the garden and the mountains. Although the pool is located on the complex, it is generally nice and quiet on the balcony.
The kitchen
Do you like to cook yourself? Then you will find everything you need in the separate kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and hand blender.
In addition, Casa Feliz has a separate laundry room with washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning with which you can both cool and heat.
Swimming pool & facilities
The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern apartment complex and is easily accessible by elevator.
Outside you will find a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Around the pool is a spacious artificial grass meadow where you can relax with your own towel or beach chair.
The swimming pool is open all year round. Usually it is wonderfully quiet, although on nice days it can of course be cozy with children playing.
You also have your own parking space in the closed underground parking garage. It's nice when you've been out and come home without any worries.
The area
Within about ten minutes you can walk to the beach and the pleasant boulevard of Villajoyosa.
For daily shopping, a large Mercadona is only a three-minute drive away. Here you can get fresh rolls, Spanish specialties and everything else you need during your stay.
Villajoyosa is a colorful and authentic coastal town where you can still experience the real Spanish life. Thanks to its central location, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante, Guadalest and the beautiful waterfalls of Fuentes del Algar are also within easy reach.
Whether you like to relax on the beach, walk through atmospheric streets or nice trips in the area; Casa Feliz is a great base.
