Imagine: you start the day with a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning sun. Afterwards, you can walk to the beach in about ten minutes, take a refreshing dip in the pool or go out to discover the Costa Blanca. Welcome to Casa Feliz, our lovely apartment in the charming Villajoyosa.
Casa Feliz was completed at the end of 2025 and furnished with great care by ourselves. We have opted for a quiet, modern interior in which comfort is central. A place where you quickly feel at home and where your holiday really starts as soon as you step through the door.
The apartment can accommodate up to four people and has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (box spring) and the second bedroom with two single beds (also box springs). Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet, one of which has a spacious walk-in shower.
Originally, Casa Feliz has three bedrooms. We use one bedroom for our own belongings and remains closed during the rental. As a result, you have two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, making the apartment perfect for up to four people.
After a day at the sea or a trip in the area, it is wonderful to come home. From the living room you can step onto the covered balcony of about 8 m². The comfortable lounge set offers plenty of space to have breakfast together, read a book or end the day with a drink. From the balcony you look out on the side of the garden and the mountains. Although the swimming pool is located on the complex, you can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet on the balcony.
Do you like to cook yourself? Then you will find everything you need in the separate kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and hand blender. Of course, there are also plenty of crockery, kitchen utensils and beer and wine glasses available for extensive cooking or a drink together.
In addition, Casa Feliz has a separate laundry room with washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning with which you can both cool and heat.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern apartment complex and is easily accessible by elevator. Outside you will find a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Around the pool is a spacious artificial grass meadow where you can relax with your own towel or beach chair. The swimming pool is open all year round. In general, it is quiet, although on nice days it can of course be fun with children playing.
You also have your own parking space in the closed underground parking garage. It's nice when you've been out and come home without any worries.
Within about ten minutes you can walk to the beach and the pleasant boulevard of Villajoyosa. For daily shopping, a large Mercadona is only a three-minute drive away. Here you can get fresh rolls, Spanish specialties and everything else you need during your stay.
Villajoyosa is a colorful and authentic coastal town where you can still experience the real Spanish life. Thanks to its central location, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante, Guadalest and the beautiful waterfalls of Fuentes del Algar are also within easy reach. Whether you like to relax on the beach, walk through atmospheric streets or make nice trips in the area, Casa Feliz is a great base.
