Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

-in case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period:
free.
-in case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price.
-in case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
-in case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
- in case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
- if the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not (or no longer) use the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
