Casa R&R is a spacious 3 room apartment with a bath and swimming pool within the complex. It is within walking distance of a large park, Habaneras shopping center, downtown, the promenade and the city beaches of Torrevieja. Here you will find great catering and authentic Spanish cosiness.

The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom has 2 spacious single beds. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

If you choose not to eat at one of the many good restaurants in the area, you can prepare delicious dishes in the kitchen. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to enjoy cooking.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• If canceled more than 2 months before arrival, we do not charge
cost.
• In case of cancellation less than 2 months to 1 month before arrival
we charge 50% of the total sum.
• In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival, we charge 100%
of the total sum.

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
