Welcome to our La Casa Mai - located on the exclusive and small-scale residential complex Balcon de la Laguna in Los Balcones, Torrevieja - South Costa Blanca, Alicante - Several beautiful beaches and golf courses are nearby within 3 to 6 km. The pleasant La Zenia Boulevard shopping center is an 8-minute drive away. Your holiday home is a brand new, fully furnished accommodation with very high quality furniture. The property has 85 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with free WiFi, air conditioning, 3 outdoor pools and a jacuzzi, a solarium of 65m² with beautiful views of the Laguna Rosa. All amenities nearby: beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, aqua parks ... Wonderful peace and quiet at the swimming pools, on the roof terrace or on the beach.
Nice BBQ on the solarium, if you feel like it. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake with many beautiful lights.

PS From our balcony we have a beautiful view of the lake now (since October 2023) also a beautiful view of the new swimming pool, in the evening with beautiful lights. This is the third pool of a small-scale residential complex with a beautiful garden surrounding it. Our house is located in the corner and we have an extra beautiful unobstructed view ;-)

We are a Dutch family of 4 and we bought this house in October 2022. It was like 'love at first sight' that we had with Balcon de Laguna. We decided in two days to buy this house. We would like to rent this house to our friendly guests who also want to enjoy a wonderful holiday under the Spanish sun ;-)

* Hibernate: If you want to hibernate and for example want to book for at least 4 weeks, send us a message. We will make a nice price for you! Price of the three winter months (Dec-Jan-Feb) are from €550.00 per week, based on a minimum of 4 weeks. Feel free to email us for more details.

* Smart TV with many Spanish channels
You can also log in your own Netflix account to our smart TV if you want :-)

* Energy: The prices include energy costs, with normal use of 50 kWh per week.
The extra energy costs (electricity) are €0.45 per kWh
The costs may be deducted from the deposit or an additional invoice.
