Most apartments here give you a balcony. This apartment gives you sixty square meters of terrace, with the pool on the other side.
Entre Lagunas is located in Lagoons Village, a quiet resort on the outskirts of Torrevieja, away from the busy boulevards. The apartment is on the ground floor, and that means something nicer than it sounds: you park a few meters from your own front door and carry the groceries right in. No elevator, no gallery, no stairs with a suitcase in each hand.
Inside, the living room, dining area and kitchen flow into each other, with sliding doors running the entire length. Open them and the terrace belongs to the room.
That terrace is the reason to book. Sixty square meters, a lounge set in the shade and sunbeds on the grass, a cypress hedge for privacy and behind it the gardens of the resort. Coffee outside at eight o'clock in the morning, before it gets hot, that's what you come for.
Bedroom one has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has two single beds that can be detached or can be pushed together. There is a second full bathroom. The apartment can accommodate four people.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a real dining table, a workplace if work travels along, air conditioning for August and heating for January.
GROUND FLOOR, AND WHAT THAT MEANS EXACTLY
Anyone who has ever booked something called ground floor and then turned out to have three steps at the front door, will understand why this piece is so extensive.
The owner himself has limited mobility and has adapted this apartment for his own stay. That's why it says here what doesn't work.
The front door has no threshold. Inside, everything is on the ground floor: no thresholds, no steps between the rooms.
There is a small step down to the pool from the terrace. The step-free route runs through the front door, where a ramp takes you to the swimming pool.
The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walk-in shower without a threshold, a rain shower and a hand shower, and grab rails in the shower and toilet.
The two single beds in the second bedroom can be separated from each other, so that there is room for transfer on both sides.
The indoor swimming pool has a hoist.
What has not been adapted, so that you will not be faced with surprises: the second bathroom has a regular shower cabin, the kitchen worktop is at standard height, and the sauna is across the street in the sports center.

THE COMPLEX
Lagoons Village has two communal outdoor swimming pools on site. Across the street is the sports center with a heated indoor pool, tennis and padel courts, a spa and sauna. Your own parking space belongs to the apartment.
THE AREA
This is the quiet side of Torrevieja. People come here to get away from the boulevards, not to sit close to them. The salt lakes are the local landmark, the water turns pink in the right light and the hiking trails around it are flat. La Mata beach is 3 km away, Habaneras shopping center is 1.2 km away. Alicante airport is about forty minutes away, a taxi costs around 60 to 65 euros and we are happy to help arrange. There are several golf courses within a short drive.
ON ARRIVAL
Someone from our team will welcome you at the apartment. Keys, explanations, and the questions you hadn't thought of yourself. After that, it's yours. We are not the type of landlord who comes by.
You have our phone number and WhatsApp, so if there is something you reach a human and not a PO box. There is always someone nearby who can come by.
A few days before departure, we will send you check-in details and directions, including where to park and how to get to the front door without barriers.
