The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a modern kitchen, washing machine and a Chromecast with which you can easily stream your favorite movies and series. Upon arrival, the beds are made and both bath and pool towels are ready for you, so that your holiday can start carefree.
Guests have access to the lovely communal facilities, including a large swimming pool with jacuzzi, a paddle court, mini golf and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Within walking distance you will find several restaurants and shops. The beautiful sandy beach of La Mata is just a few minutes' drive away. The Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard shopping centers are also nearby. Alicante airport can be reached in about 40 minutes.

A private parking space in the underground garage is available on request. In addition, you can park for free in the wide street in front of the apartment complex, where there is usually plenty of parking space.
