At Casa Lobo you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the sun with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. The property, in Mediterranean style, is located on the edge of the Aguas Nuevas district in the seaside resort of Torrevieja.
Residencial Breezes is a fully gated complex with a large communal swimming pool with Jacuzzi, children's pool and showers. Around the pool you can sunbathe or sit in the shade under the thatched umbrellas. This new 5-person house (in rent since 2022) has a spacious living room with a luxury kitchen, including a complete inventory. In addition, 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a single box-spring bed. In addition, there are 3 bathrooms.
The house has free WiFi, NL TV and air conditioning hot / cold. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, coffee makers (dolce gusto and filter coffee), kettle and toaster. On the terrace below, which is equipped with a 6-person dining table and lounge set, you can enjoy the Spanish sun! If you prefer, you can also enjoy the sun until it sets on the upstairs terrace (adjacent to both bedrooms). The house is equipped with bed linen, kitchen linen and towels. For questions and/or comments, a Dutch-speaking manager is always available or available.
Healthy climate
Because our house is located in the region where the two large salt lakes (salinas) are located, the air in this area is known to be very clean! This area is therefore also popular for people with chronic health problems. This environment promotes health because of the relatively high concentrations of iodine in the air due to the presence of the salt lakes. This has been confirmed by WHO. That is also why it is very nice to spend the winter in our house, to experience for yourself what this climate does to you!

Close by are two large supermarkets (Mercadona and Lidl), Belgian bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. Our house is in a quiet location, but there are many attractions within walking distance. The impressive beach of La Mata is only 2 kilometers away. At 900 meters there is a large Aquapark and a large sports complex with sports fields, football, basketball, tennis, padel, tennis, squash and an Olympic swimming pool with outdoor and indoor pools. The beautiful indoor shopping center Habaneras with major brands such as ZARA and H&M is 1 kilometer away, where a Belgian doctor is also located. It is possible to walk to one of the beaches or to the center of Torrevieja on foot. However, the city bus stops at the corner. There is a permanent funfair and market which are located next to each other on the boulevard of Torrevieja. It is a 3-minute drive from Quiron International Hospital. The famous salt lakes are just a 5-minute drive away and golf courses are about a 15-minute drive away. Alicante airport is a 45-minute drive from the house, pick-up and drop-off service is possible.
Torrevieja
Torrevieja is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, 40 kilometers south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. Whether you choose kilometers of sandy beaches or small idyllic places between the rocks. The beaches are fine sandy beaches and almost all with perfect infrastructure. North of the city is the beach of La Mata and this changes into the dune landscape of Guardamar. The 25 km long natural paradise is awarded the blue flag annually for the excellent quality and purity of the seawater.
Mountainous hinterland alternates with towering dunes, which give the feeling of a Sahara trip with a sea view. The natural beaches were placed under nature protection. All amenities such as banks, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are available. Throughout the year, this area offers a warm and mild climate. In the winter months, the temperature can still rise to well above 20 degrees.
