This 3 bedroom apartment offers everything to enjoy a well-deserved holiday on the Costa Blanca. There is a living room with a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a SMART TV with all TV channels throughout Europe.

The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a 6-person dining table, an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and also a fitted wardrobe. A 2nd bathroom is located between the bedrooms. From the living room and the master bedroom you can enter the spacious terrace to take a dip in your private pool.

The terrace has a dining table for 6 people and 2 sunbeds to enjoy. At the rear of the apartment, adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3, there is a patio, where you will find the washing machine and place to dry the laundry. The house has air conditioning in all areas. Of course, WiFi is not lacking. The apartment is located in a small-scale closed residence with low-rise apartments and detached villas. There is a beautiful communal swimming pool with children's pool and sunbathing area. Because it is a small residence, it is never crowded at the pool.

Even in high season, you can relax by the pool. The residence has a central but quiet location. The first restaurants are a few minutes' walk away and the new Habaneras shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. The large supermarkets Carrefour, Mercadonna and Lidl can also be found here. The beach is 880 meters from the apartment. This apartment is fantastic in the summer, but it is also wonderful to enjoy in the winter because of the perfect sun position!

Hello everyone!
We are John and Irina and in 2017 we bought a beautiful holiday home in Torrevieja at the Amay 880 residence. We are really in love with Torrevieja and this place. We want to live here later in our old age or sooner of course! In 2018 we purchased 3 luxury apartments at this residence to rent out so that people can also enjoy this place. In 2023 we bought this apartment with a private swimming pool. If you have any questions, you can always do that!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rates include energy, booking fees and taxes. The extra costs that come with it are deposit and cleaning costs and to be paid on the spot at check-in.

Cancellation policy

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. Any cancellation must always be confirmed in writing immediately.

In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 25%. In case of cancellation from 3 months to 2 months before arrival date, the costs are 35%. In case of cancellation from 2 months to 1 months before arrival date, the costs are 60%. If cancelled from 1 months to 14 days before arrival date, the costs are 80%. If cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, the costs are 100%.

Cancellation Policy:

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.
