The apartment is located on a small-scale gated residence with low-rise apartments and detached villas. There is a beautiful communal swimming pool with children's pool and sunbathing area. Because it is a small residence, it is never massively crowded at the pool. Even in high season you can relax by the pool. The residence has a central but quiet location.

The first restaurants are a few minutes' walk away and the new Habaneras shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. The large supermarkets Carrefour, Mercadonna and Lidl can also be found here. The beach is 880 meters from the apartment. This apartment is fantastic in the summer, but you can also enjoy it in winter because of the perfect sun position!
