This property is located in the Altos de la Bahia residence in Torrevieja. The complex has a beautiful communal pool and garden and is located just 5 minutes from La Mata beach and 15 minutes from the golf courses. It is only a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. This pleasant house has a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious kitchen and a small storage room. There is also air conditioning, WiFi, TV, washing machine, Senseo, microwave, fridge / freezer and everything the holiday tenant or hibernator needs to spend a nice holiday. The spacious terrace is oriented to the southwest, garden furniture is available. Moreover, a private parking space is provided in the closed part of the complex!

We are Viviane and Walter and bought this house 9 years ago. To escape the busy life in Belgium, we also try to go to Torrevieja every year. The peace, the sun, the relaxation and the nice dining options as well as the charming surroundings appeal to us again and again.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

We advise all tenants to take out cancellation insurance!
