Villa Casa Bella Q

Reservations are confirmed once the required payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay at the villa.

Check-in & Check-out 

Check-in: between 16:00-23:00 Check-out: between 07:00-10:00. Arrivals or departures outside these time windows must be requested and confirmed in advance and are subject to an additional surcharge.

Cancellation policy

More than 60 days before arrival

The guest will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

30 to 60 days before arrival

The guest will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 30 days before arrival

No refund will be provided.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 500 is required before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided that

• no damage has occurred;
• no items are missing;
• excessive cleaning is not required;
• the house rules have been respected.

Pool & Jacuzzi

The swimming pool is used at guests' own risk. Children must always be supervised. The pool is not heated. The heated jacuzzi is available only if selected during the booking and the applicable supplement has been paid.

Liability

The owners cannot be held responsible for:

• accidents;
• injuries;
• theft;
• loss of personal belongings;
• temporary interruptions of electricity, water, internet or services beyond their control.

The owners shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or utility failures.

The heated jacuzzi is optional and can be added during the booking process for an additional fee.

End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and charged separately.
